Plus service agreement is the most popular service, it includes everything from the basic service, and also includes a yearly check-up on the device at our testcenter to ensure it is working properly.

Premium service

Premium service agreement is the most comprehensive package offered, it includes everything from the basic and plus service, and also includes replacements, or maintenance needed for the device. It is an all-inclusive deal.

We service all defibrillator models

When there is a need for a service visit, it is carried out by our service technicians, who have a great deal of device knowledge and who are specialists in defibrillator products.

It is also important to point out that we do not just check our own products, but that we look at safety as a whole and guide based on that.

If, during a service visit, we come across older devices that are not up-to-date, defective or perhaps discontinued, we will contact you immediately
